Are you tired of exercising but still not feeling your best? 

 

Do you feel you are "eating healthy" but still feel low in energy and not seeing anything change?  

 

Do you often find yourself in a cycle of negative self- talk and criticism?  

Are you constantly feeling overwhelmed, stressed out, experiencing "burn out", suffering from insomnia or addiction?

The world we live in prioritizes how we look. But what about our mental and emotional well being? Losing "that weight" or having that "perfect body" can only go so far if you are not at peace with yourself or if you are not feeling energized and excited about living your life. 

So what do we do?  We focus on our Body and Mind equally. We work on treating our bodies with respect and love by providing it with the nutrients it needs to thrive and by giving it the opportunity to move and get stronger. 

We prioritize bringing balance into our mental well- being by incorporating a Mindfulness practice.

 

We work on replacing limiting beliefs with positive and loving programming through Breathwork.

HI! I'm Cindy. I am a licensed Yoga and Mindfulness Instructor, certified Nutrition Coach, Breathwork Facilitator and certified Fitness Trainer with both NASM and Crossfit. I have years of experience developing and modifying programs to accommodate every person I work with.  I have helped hundreds of people reach their goals and transform their lives.  I love being a witness to these healing transformations and seeing what is possible when you set your mind to something.

My Journey

You are not alone. I have been there. I have experienced frustration with my body.  I have looked in the mirror and not been happy with what I saw.  I have tried every single diet and have had an unhealthy relationship with food.   I have mental demons that come out and plague me and make me believe I am "not good enough" or  "not doing enough" in my work or personal life.  So I get it.   This is part of being human, my friends.

But guess what? You HAVE THE POWER to change all that. And what's better is that you don't have to do it alone. 

This is SOULFIT THEORY's intention - to provide you with the tools to let go of your negative, toxic self talk which is preventing you from achieving what you want.  Every step forward is progress, no matter how small the step.

 

So Do it Now.  Let's work together and take that first step towards feeling and looking how you want and most importantly living the life you want.
