8 Week Body Reset Coaching

This is a personalized, structured coaching experience designed to help your body finally respond—without extremes, guesswork, or starting over every few weeks.

Over 8 weeks, we work together to build a clear and realistic nutrition strategy that fits into your daily life. Through consistent check-ins and targeted adjustments, we identify what’s actually working for your body and refine it week by week.

This is not about following a rigid plan—it’s about understanding your body, creating structure, and building a sustainable approach you can maintain long after the program ends.

60-minute 1:1 coaching session (virtual)

Weekly check-ins (progress photos, measurements, macro tracking)

Personalized macro guidance

Ongoing adjustments based on your progress

Biofeedback analysis (energy, digestion, hunger, recovery)

Direct support throughout the program
