The Signature SOULFIT THEORY "CHISEL" Class
This class provides a unique blend of Strength work, Cardio and Yoga all in under 60 minutes. For the person who does not have the time to take 2 different classes, this class has it all. All fitness levels welcome.

SOULFIT THEORY YOGA FLOW
Enjoy a 6o minute, energizing, strong vinyasa class guaranteed to work on your Mindfulness, Stability, Balance, Posture and Strength.
All fitness levels welcome.

STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAMS (ON YOUR OWN)
Are you tired of going to the gym, working out and not really seeing any results despite going several times a week? Maybe you are feeling a little confused as to what you should be doing or how much you should be lifting?
With a training program, you are armed with tried and true movements that work your main muscle groups the necessary amount in order to see results.
We offer both Progressive Overload programs (focus on more muscle gains, less cardio) and Strength & Conditioning program ( focus on building endurance and lean muscle). All programs are 8 week blocks.
Can anyone do these programs? Yes! I have done every single one of the 8 week programs I am providing. I am a mother of 2, in her 40s, more fit now than in my 20s. I have trained clients from their 20s to 70s with different fitness levels with these programs.
Like with all the SOULFIT THEORY offerings, I am available for any questions you may have as you take on these programs.
