With the Partner Coaching Plan you get:
Personalized Nutrition Plans for each Person
Weekly 60-minute meetings that you both share. (Total of 4 meetings in the month)
HANDS- ON approach - From daily check-ins, shopping for your weekly groceries to Meal Prep Sessions, you have your COACH every step of the way.
Adjustments to each of your Nutrition Plan, as your weight and preferences change throughout the month.
Available via text during the month for any and all your questions/ concerns
