On Wednesdays, we focus on building muscle and strength in specific areas. We implement circuit training followed by a SOULFIT THEORY flow.  Weights and bands are highly recommended. Click below to book and register in order to get the Zoom link.

SOULFIT THEORY IRL (IN-REAL-LIFE) OUTDOOR CLASS 

Do you need the energy of your coach and a group of friends around you? Come work on your Strength, Cardio and Yoga/Mindfulness all in a 1-hour class. Starting in October, SFT classes will be held outdoors on the weekends. All levels welcome.  Click below to book a class.
